Ignacio is Partner and Director of Corporate Finance. He joined the firm in 2015 to lead the area and since then has executed numerous M&A transactions in Chile and the region. He previously worked in various investment banking boutiques where he worked on mandates in different Latin American countries for debt restructurings, mergers and acquisitions and corporate and sub-sovereign debt issuances. Additionally, he has worked on valuations and fairness opinions for arbitrations related to international investments.
Ignacio studied a Bachelor's degree in Economics at the Argentine Catholic University.
